If you believe that TAKS has made an incorrect decision in your case, you can appeal the decision. You do this to the Faroese Appeals Institution, which is an independent body under the Prime Minister’s Office.
If you believe that TAKS has processed your personal data incorrectly, and discussing it with us has not helped, you can appeal to the Data Protection Authority.

It is calculated from the day the letter with the decision you are appealing arrived.
Provide reasons for it and attach the decision you are appealing. Also, attach other relevant documents.
